Central Election Commission receives 38 official protocols from district commissions

The Central Election Commission (CEC) had received 38 official paper returns from district election commissions as of midday on Feb. 9, the commission's press service had told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to law, the Central Election Commission has to announce the official results of voting in the second round of the presidential election no later than February 17.
