Regions Party leader Victor Yanukovych has said that current Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko should recognize the result of the Feb. 7 run-off presidential election so as not to turn into "a torturer of the Orange Revolution."

"If Tymoshenko does not accept the wishes of the Ukrainian people and does not recognize the election result, but continues to push Ukraine into political chaos, she will run the risk of turning from the heroine of the Orange Revolution into its torturer," the Regions Party's quoted him as saying in an interview with CNN on Tuesday.
