Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, facing a vote of no confidence in her government, said on Mar. 3 her cabinet would not stay on as a caretaker government should the motion pass.
"If the dismissal of the government is passed today, at that very same moment our government will leave the cabinet. Our political force will cross into the opposition," she told parliament before the vote was due to take place.
