The parliamentary faction of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYT) is planning to contest a bill of amendments to the coalition formation procedure at the Higher Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, MP Serhiy Sas has said.
"The Regions Party is trying to violate the law to create a coalition for [Ukrainian President Victor] Yanukovych," the BYT press service quoted him as saying on Mar. 4.
Sas said that such a procedure for the coalition’s creation was "illegal and unconstitutional."
