Petro Symonenko, the leader of the Communist faction which is a member of the ruling coalition, has accused Vice Premier Serhy Tihipko of pipe-dreaming and rhetoric about the so-called strategic priorities and urged him to base his reforms on the interests of ordinary Ukrainians, the Communist party March 17 website statement runs.
