Azarov names priority tasks to stabilize economy
Mar 18, 2010 at 17:01 | Interfax-UkraineAzarov charged Vice Premier Sergiy Tigipko, Finance Minister Fedir Yaroshenko and Economy Minister Vasyl Tsushko with taking the required measures to stabilize the economy.
The prime minister noted that Ukraine must resume its previous rates of industrial development in order to achieve pre-crisis indicators.
"In the next two years we must resume the previous rates [of industrial production growth] by 7-8% annually. If we do this, then in 2012 we will be able to make up for lost time and stabilize economic development," he added.
