Decree: No more than 424 employees will work in Yanukovych's administration

The head of state also determined the structure of his administration, which will include its head, his two first deputies, including the first deputy head and the Ukrainian president's representative at the Constitutional Court, as well as the administration's seven deputy heads.
Among them are a deputy head and head of the main department for judicial reform and the judicial system, another deputy head and head of the main department for state protocol and procedure, a third deputy head and head of the main department for regional and staff policies, and another deputy head and head of the main department for documentary support.
The administration also includes the presidential press secretary, the press office, presidential advisers, the main department for state protocol and procedure, and the main department for regional and staff policies, the main state and legal department, the main department for documentary support, the main department for humanitarian, social and political affairs, the main department for international relations, the main department for judicial reform and the judicial system, the main department for defense policy and the activity of law enforcement agencies, the main department for social and economic policy, the main control department, the main department for communications, the department for organizational support, the department for drafting presidential speeches, the department for liaisons with the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers, the department for liaisons with the Constitutional Court, etc.
