Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has no political will to conduct economic and social reforms, the head of the shadow government, Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYT) MP Serhiy Sobolev, has said.
"The exotic symbiosis of oligarchs and communists has created the system of protection against any reforms. Real European-style economic reforms would undermine the core principles of doing business and empty the sources of the super profits of Ukrainian oligarchs, whose protege is Yanukovych," the BYT press service quoted Sobolev as saying on Monday.
