Baloha: United Center wants to invite international observers to monitor local elections
Sep 8, 2010 at 17:42 | Interfax-Ukraine"We will ask influential international institutions to send their observers to Ukraine for the local elections. United Center will submit respective invitations to European capitals, as well as the headquarters of political parties and international organizations," the party's press service quoted him as saying at a press conference in Mykolaiv on Wednesday.
