The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has dismissed judges Ivan Dombrovsky, Yaroslava Machuzhak and Anatoliy Didkivsky.

The court's press service told Interfax-Ukraine that such a decision had been taken after the judges had submitted their statements of resignation.

In accordance with the court's regulations, Constitutional Court Chairman Anatoliy Holovin will send a respective letter to a panel of judges within three days in order to consider the issue in the prescribed manner.

All of the three judges were appointed to the post in November 2005.

The Constitutional Court consists of 18 judges (six judges each appointed by the president, the parliament, and a panel of judges).
