Ukraine may join Energy Community in late September.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said this at a press conference in Brussels on Monday after a meeting with President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso.
"The agreement on Ukraine’s joining the Energy Community may be signed at the next ministerial meeting on September 24," he said.
