The Ukrainian president's representative at the Constitutional Court, Olena Lukash, has said that all government agencies are currently legitimate.
"Today all government agencies are legitimate, and today they have to focus on, and implement, the Constitutional Court ruling," she said, while commenting on the court’s decision to declare unconstitutional a law on the 2004 political reform.
