Ukrainian Vice Premier for Agriculture Viktor Slauta has become the leader of the Agrarian Party of Ukraine, the Justice Ministry's press service reported on Thursday.
It was decided at the third stage of the second extraordinary congress of the party on September 11, 2010 that Slauta would take over the leadership of the party in place of Yuriy Karasyk.
The Agrarian Party of Ukraine was registered at the Justice Ministry on November 14, 2006. It was included in the register of political parties as No. 132.
