Ukrainian Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn has said that next parliamentary election would cost UAH 1.5 billion of budget funds.
"We should understand that the election is a rather expensive thing, and I think that next parliamentary election would cost at least Hr 1.5 billion," he said in an interview wit the Rada TV channel late on Friday.
He said that a clear, acceptable Election Code should be adopted, which would be supported by Ukrainian people. He said that then talks on election dates would disappear.
