You're reading: Lavrynovych: Government considers bill on pension reform

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine considered a bill on pension reform during its meeting on Wednesday, Ukrainian Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych has reported.

"Today at the meeting we considered a bill on pension reform and approved its general approaches. The document will be completed and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada," he told reporters after the meeting of the government in Kyiv on Wednesday.

According to the minister, the draft law improves the pension system and reduces high pensions. In addition, the document allows everyone who wishes to work longer.
