Head of the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases Leonid Fesenko has been appointed a member of the Higher Council of Justice
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed a decree to that effect on December 22, the presidential press service reported.
Chief of the Security Service of Ukraine Valeriy Khoroshkovsky earlier rejected membership of the Higher Council of Justice.
