Crimean Prime Minister Vasyl Dzharty, while commenting on Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych's decision to appoint Volodymyr Yatsuba his envoy to Crimea, said that the president thereby "confirmed his special attention to the problems of the autonomy."

The general directorate of information policy of the Crimean Council of Ministers reported this on Wednesday.

"Head of State Viktor Yanukovych once again confirmed his special attention to the problems of the autonomy by appointing Volodymyr Yatsuba the permanent representative of the president of Ukraine in Crimea. Volodymyr Hryhoriyevych is an experienced statesman and manager, and the president’s choice will certainly contribute to the more efficient solution of social and economic issues of Crimea," Dzharty said.
