The Czech Republic will not extradite former Ukrainian economy minister Bohdan Danylyshyn to his homeland, the Prague City Court decided Wednesday. The extradition of Danylyshyn, who has recently been granted Czech asylum, is inadmissible, the court said. A Czech state attorney proposed to the court in January that it reject the extradition. The Czech police detained Danylyshyn, a member of the former Ukrainian government of Yulia Tymoshenko, on the basis of an international warrant last October.
