Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has ordered a working group to prepare the second phase of the evacuation of Ukrainian citizens from Libya, if such need arises.
"Everyone who wanted to leave Libya was given this opportunity. However, thousands of Ukrainian citizens are still staying in different parts of Libya, which today are practically inaccessible. Therefore, the government crisis team, lead by the first deputy prime minister should continue its work, keep the situation under control and if necessary be ready to start the second stage of the evacuation," he said, opening a government meeting on Wednesday.
