Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych last weekend underwent surgery on his right knee, a source from the parliament told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the source, Yanukovych was operated at the Feofaniya clinic (Kyiv) at the weekend.
The presidential administration has not scheduled events for the president for the next few days.
As reported, on February 25 during the Conversation with the Country television project Yanukovych said that he had injured his right knee while playing tennis.
