President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Anatoly Oliynyk Ukraine's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Latvia, according to a decree posted on the official website of the head of state. Oliynyk earlier served as Ukraine's ambassador to Serbia. Read more.
