MOSCOW - The property and bank accounts of people charged in several high-profile criminal cases, including businessman Boris Berezovsky, who now lives in London, worth a total of over $300 million have been seized abroad at the request of Russian authorities, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office said in a report sent to the Federation Council.

According to the report, Berezovsky’s real estate worth some EUR 13 million has been seized in France, $300 million owned by a man named Yu. Nikitin has been seized in Switzerland, the property of a man named V. Mikhailov worth over $8 million has been seized in Ukraine, over $1 million has been seized in Monaco in connection with the case involving OAO Volgotanker, the document says.
