Moscow - Russia and the European Union may enact visa-free travel by 2014, Russian Permanent Representative to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov said at the State Duma on Monday.
"Russia stands for the soonest endorsement of a visa-free regime for short-term travels," he said.
"The Sochi Winter Olympic Games 2014 could become a threshold," he said.
