KYIV, November 19 (Itar-Tass) - Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili thanked Ukraine for its support for Georgia, which “made a European choice” during what he described as “Russia’s attack on Georgia.” He spoke about it onNov. 19at a press conference on the results of his talks with Ukrainian leader Victor Yushchenko. Saakashvili repeated his habitual accusations against Russia, but added a sensational thing: it turns out that on the days of the so-called “aggression” the Georgian president was “on leave.” Read the story here.
