RAMBOUILLET, France, Nov 27 (Reuters) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said onNov. 27that Russia had still not made a final decision on whether to buy Mistral warships from France.

Putin, answering a question about whether Russia would deploy the ships against Georgia, said Moscow would use the warships where they were needed. Putin was speaking while on a trip to France.
