Moscow, March 3 (Interfax-AVN) - U.S., British and French troops who will take part in a planned Victory Day parade on Moscow's Red Square on May 9 to mark the 65th anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany will arrive in Moscow on April 30, a Russian deputy defense minister said. "The U.S., British and French military units will be in Moscow in the period from April 30 to May 11. Currently we are preparing accommodation facilities for them and a special program for sightseeing in the capital and its region." Nikolai Pankov said at a meeting of the Defense and Security Committee of the Federation Council, the upper house of parliament.

Pankov also said Russian and Belarusian troops would hold a joint parade at the Brest Fortress in Belarus and that Russian and Ukrainian servicemen would hold a joint parade in Sevastopol, Ukraine.
