BISHKEK, April 13 (Interfax) - A court in Kyrgyzstan has issued a warrant for the arrest of Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev's brother Zhanysh and eldest son Marat, a spokesman for the country's Prosecutor General's Office told Interfax on Tuesday. The court has also ordered the arrest of Daniyar Usenov, who has stepped down as the country's prime minister.

The three stand accused of involvement in mass murders. They are also suspected of ordering police to fire at demonstrators, he said.
The interim Kyrgyz government adopted a decree on Monday to strip the country’s deposed President Kurmanbek Bakiyev of immunity from prosecution, interim deputy head Azimbek Beknazarov told journalists on Tuesday.

A warrant for Bakiyev’s arrest will be issued if the president refuses to return to Bishkek, Beknazarov said.
