Georgia's border guards have refused to confirm Turkish news reports claiming that a powerful explosion occurred at the border of the two countries on Tuesday evening.
No explosions were registered on Georgian territory yesterday, border guards told Interfax. According to Turkish media reports, the blast could have been triggered as a result of an airplane crash.
