The Russian Foreign Ministry has opened a consular service at Domodedovo Airport, where a terror attack was carried out on Monday.

The consular service will help the relatives of foreign citizens, killed or injured in the terror attack, and also foreign reporters, who are arriving or will arrive in Moscow, a Foreign Ministry source told Interfax on Tuesday.

Eight foreign citizens are on the tentative list of those killed in the terror attack. They are from Britain, Germany, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

There are 11-12 citizens from Europe and countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States among those affected by the terror attack.
