Russia is ready to unilaterally recognize higher education diplomas and advanced academic degrees issued by leading universities around the world, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said.
"We are ready to agree to unilateral automatic recognition of diplomas and advanced degrees received from the leading universities of the world," Medvedev said at the World Economic Forum in Davos in Wednesday.
