Italian energy company Eni announced it signed a memorandum of understanding to explore energy production in Ukraine. Eni Chief Executive Officer Paulo Scaroni signed the deal in Kiev with Ukrainian Natural Resources Minister Mykola Zlochevskiy. "The parties agreed to collaborate on the study of initiatives in conventional and unconventional oil and gas on the basis of a mutual sharing of data, competencies and technology," the Italian energy company said in a statement.
