This is what Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during his working visit to Donetsk region. He said that there will always be disagreements in relations between Ukraine and Russia regarding the protection of national interests. Commenting on the formula of the Customs Union in the 3+1 format,the president noted that Ukraine had declared the policy of national pragmatism and that it was necessary to reach a compromise in relations with Russia and sometimes to make concessions.
