DOTHAN - Olga Casey never planned to become a U.S. citizen when she arrived from the Ukraine in 2000. "I came as a student," she said. "I was more worried how I'm going to study in English. I didn't think more than two years ahead. I just wanted to get my degree." Things changed, however, when she married Al Casey of Slocomb.
