Ukraine's deputy foreign minister has launched a scathing attack on EU member states for refusing to discuss the thorny issue of visa liberalisation. At present, Europeans wishing to visit Ukraine do not need a visa and Kyiv eventually wants reciprocal visa-free facilities for its citizens travelling to the EU.Speaking at a breakfast briefing in Brussels on Nov. 19, Kostiantyn Yelisyeiev stressed, "We are not asking for the immediate introduction of a visa-free regime because we realise we have to take certain measures.
