Yulia Tymoshenko's threat to launch a second Orange Revolution drew only dismissive responses here yesterday from young Ukrainians after European and Canadian observers recognized the legitimacy of bitter rival Victor Yanukovych's narrow win in Sunday's presidential election. Tymoshenko, who abruptly postponed her planned news conference yesterday, has warned repeatedly of rampant fraud and vowed last week to lead a massive popular movement if she lost.
