Roman Olearchyk writes from Kyiv: Ukraine’s Yulia Tymoshenko pledged on Saturday to challenge results of a Feb. 7 presidential election in court, insisting it was rigged in favour of her opponent, Victor Yanukovych. Breaking her silence for the first time in nearly a week, the Ukrainian prime minister appeared in a television address saying her campaign team had amassed evidence that more thanone millionvotes had been illegally cast for Mr Yanukovich.
