LONDON - After months of fretting about sovereign default, foreign investors are giving Ukraine a second look, with some arguing that asset prices don't fully reflect the promise of political stability. The domestic debt market where international participation has virtually dried up in the last two years could be the next beneficiary of renewed investor interest which has already pushed Ukraine's foreign bond prices higher and yields lower.
