Near Kyiv, Ukraine, the country’s first biogas cogeneration plant at the Ukrainian Milk Company has been operating successfully for nine months.
Converting the manure from 4,000 cows into biogas, the plant employs a Jenbacher gas engine manufactured by GE Energy, a company serving the energy sector by developing and deploying technology that makes efficient use of natural resources. Read the full story here.
