RIA NOVOSTI:Russia proposed Ukraine to conduct joint Russian and Ukrainian naval drills more often, Russian Navy Commander Admiral Vladimir Vysotsky said.
"[There is] a proposal to reduce periods of time between these events," Vysotsky said after parade marking Russia's Navy Day.
