More than 1 million flowers exported to Ukraine have been sent back to Turkey from Ukrainian customs, the chairman of a flower exporter’s association has reported. “All the flowers had wilted when they returned to Turkey,” said Osman Bağdatlıoğlu, the chairman of the Antalya Indoor Plants and Products Exporters’ Association. Talking to Anatolia news agency, he said the dispute, based on customs duties, still has not been resolved between Turkish exporters and the Ukrainian authorities. Read the story here.
