Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Ministry has warned tourists against visiting Egypt as political protests continue in the North African nation. “Any hypothetical financial losses for those who prepaid their vacations in Egypt are not comparable with a tangible possibility to lose life or health,” the ministry said in a statement today on its website. Egypt is one of the most popular tourist destinations for Ukrainians and about 300,000 visit the country annually, according to the Association of Leaders in Ukrainian Tourist Business. Read more.
