Ukraine’s government said it agreed with oil companies to cap prices for petroleum on the domestic market, theEnergy and Coal Industry Ministrysaid.
The price will not exceed 9.5 hryvnia ($1.2) per liter (0.26 gallon), while for diesel it was set at 9 hryvnia per liter, the Kiev-based ministry said today in an e-mailed statement.
