"On Aug. 28, Yulia Tymoshenko will clash with her own government in the European Court for Human Rights."

Translation : thief cry "catch the thief", heh, heh, heh :D

The thief oligarch Tymoshenko is PATHETIC. She is under investigation for THIEVERY as and head of the murky UESU. There is enough evidence she committed MURDER too.

"Tymoshenko scandals

In August 2000, Olexandr Tymoshenko, a member of the board of the UESU and the husband of Yulia Tymoshenko, was arrested by the Ukrainian police. Together with Valery Falkovych, first deputy general director of the corporation, Tymoshenko was officially accused of embezzling US$800,000 in public funds through the export of rolled metal to Asia during the 1990s.[3] Yulia Tymoshenko served from 1995 to 1997 as the director of the company. Like her husband, Yulia Tymoshenko was arrested and she staid under arrest for several weeks on forgery and gas smuggling charges.[4] Kiev's Appeal Court canceled lodging of criminal proceedings against her and her husband in May 2004 [5] and in September 2005 Russian prosecutors canceled her arrest warrant.[6]

Former head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentyn Nalyvaichenko claimed in 2010 that a document detailing the role of FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Semyon Mogilevich in the gas trade in the mid-1990s including ties with top officials close to Tymoshenko was destroyed by his predecessor Oleksandr Turchynov. Turchynov called such claims an "elaborate ruse engineered by Yushchenko" to discredit his close ally, Tymoshenko.[7]

The company was dissolved in 2009.[citation needed]

The Ukrainian security service opened a criminal investigation into the embezzlement of $405 million by Energy Systems of Ukraine early July 2011.[8]"

Ah, yes, cut and paste from the frivolous lawsuits filed by Utico.

Well, let's see - the US District Court said the following about Utico's "cases" ----

"On July 19, 2005, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts
entered a default judgment for $18.3 million (the “Default Judgment”), in favor of Universal
Trading & Investment Co., Inc. (the “Plaintiff”), against United Energy Systems of Ukraine
(“UESU”). Plaintiff thereafter tried, without success, to enforce the Default Judgment against
Pavel Lazarenko and Yulia Tymoshenko, both former Prime Ministers of Ukraine, by instituting
actions or moving to intervene in pending actions in district courts across the country. On
November 4, 2011, Plaintiff instituted this action against Yulia Tymoshenko (“Defendant”), to
collect under the Default Judgment."

On May 5, 2012, the Court in the US vacated the default judgment against Tymoshenko.

Utico has been filing case after case against Tymoshenko in the US, as an arm of the sovok mafia Party of Regions, and you are simply pasting allegations, not proof.

In reference to Tymoshenko -

"The Court appreciates the difficulty of communicating with a client imprisoned in another country."

With reference to Utico, which is acting as an alter ego for the sovok mafiosi in the Party of Regions ----

"For example, one opinion shows that
Plaintiff brought a nearly identical action against Lazarenko—for alter ego liability, conversion,
unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy, accounting claims, fraud, and fraudulent conveyance—which
was dismissed with prejudice by the Northern District of California in: UTICO v. Dugsbery Inc.,
et al., No. 08-3632-CRB, (See Def. Br. Ex. M.) In another case, Plaintiff moved to intervene in
an action initiated by the Defendant against RosUkrEnergo AG, for violations of federal human
rights laws, which is pending before Judge Sullivan in this District. (See 11 Civ. 2794 (RJS).)
On October 19, 2011, Judge Sullivan, while not opining on the merits of Plaintiff’s claims, denied
Plaintiff’s motion, finding that Plaintiff was not entitled to intervene and that its claims shared no
common questions of law or fact with Defendant’s human rights action. (See Pl. Opp. Ex. S (Oct.
19, 2011 Opinion).) While the district court opinions do not constitute evidence that “if proven at trial would constitute a complete defense," they provide some reason to believe that Defendant may very well have a meritorious defense."

There is a massive, fraudulent campaign which the sovok mafiosi in the Party of Regions, yanusvoloch, Pshonka, Rinat Kuzmin, Firtash, and a host of others have dreamed up and are working on day and night, like the crazed sovok mafia vampires that they are.

In each case the US judge did not rule on the merits instead citing the long distance between US courts in defendant. How can you support that vampire queen?

You are LYING.

In each case, the US judge ruled that Utico did not have standing in the cases where Utico was trying to intervene.

Distance had nothing to do with it.

Utico has tried to turn a judgment against a corporation into a personal judgment against Tymoshenko.

Utico waited 6 years after its initial judgment before hitting on the idea of trying to get Tymoshenko personally.

Because the psychotic mafiosi in the Party of Regions added that tactic to their MASSIVE attack on Tymoshenko.

It's just frivolous harassment.

The psycho mafiosi in Zookraine think that they can manipulate US federal courts. They can't.

George Lambert is one of the "attorneys" employed in this tactic. That's not his real name. His real name is a Russian name. And he still mangles the English language in court pleadings (papers filed with the court).

Plus - a US federal judge is not going to be influenced or impressed by cheap, false propaganda put out by psychotic mafiosi, as is the custom in Zookraine.

Nevertheless, Lambert laces his pleadings with all sorts of irrelevant false propaganda about Simeon Mogylevych and a host of other false insinuations.

In the US, there is a legal system.

In Zookraine, there is only insanity.

Bass ackwards absurdity. Psychotic dementia.

I don't "support that vampire queen."

I support and insist on a legal system in Zookraine that is not simply a psychotic stalinist political tool of the insane yanusvoloch, Firtash, Pasty-faced White Doughboy Fatso Pshonka, Rinat Kuzmin, Ganna Goebbels German, and the rest of the sovok mafiosi.

And I oppose the unjust, trumped up stalin-style jailing of yet another citizen in Zookraine - Tymoshenko.

She could have run. She did not.

She showed tremendous courage and bravery in the face of demented, corrupt, psychotic mafiosi - the Party of Regions.

You and the people of Zookraine are too brain dead to realize that.

You and the rest of Zookraine live in a sewer. So shit smells good and normal to you.

You live in Nazi land, in fascist land, and are too stupid to realize it.

In Zookraine, the idiot селепки think that the lack of a legal system, the lack of jurisprudence, doesn't concern them.

But it does - in a big way.

In reality, Zookraine stinks to high heaven.

Soon, everyone in Zookraine will be kissing Putler's hand and worshipping his icon, just like these "priests" from the KGB Rooshan othodox "church" - complete with inflatable ballons.

Watch at about 18 minutes into this video - and weep.

When the European Court of Human Rights convenes to determine the case of Yulia Tymoshenko it will be dealing with legal facts and not personal prejudices. The fact that the Government of Ukraine, The PGO of Ukraine and the court governed by Judge Rodion Kireyev were all equally guilty of gross and premeditated abrogation of responsibilities to the Constitution of Ukraine will fuel its final decision. A simple transcript of the court proceedings against Tymoshenko will clearly demonstrate the violations (ie. the denial by the court to allow witnesses in her defence, etc.) thereby turning this spectacle into what can be termed as a "kangaroo court". Moreover, the corruption involved in the entire judicial process negated any semblance of a fair trial. Therefore, there can only be one outcome from the hearing by the ECHR. NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS! It's as simple as that.

ECHR is overstepping by not waiting until appeals process is complete. The ECHR discredits itself with these petty political games.

You discredit yourself with your stupidity.

Zookraine discredits itself with the lack of a legal system.

Zookraine discredits itself as a sovok mafia state run by absolutely psychotic sovok mafiosi.

The EHCR is not engaged in "political games."

You have stepped into the shitty insanity that is Zookraine, and unfortunately, you are loving it and think it's normal.

Too bad for you.

"Zookraine discredits itself as a sovok mafia state run by absolutely psychotic sovok mafiosi."

Indeed the orange mafia did their best to turn Ukraine into a cheap sex tourism destination for their wester masters, but the Ukraine people kicked the orange arse out of power, so no, the sovok orange mafia is out and the fresh air of freedom brought to Ukraine by the BLUE revolution of 2009 drives the orange losers bonkers, heh, heh, heh :D

"The EHCR is not engaged in "political games.""

ECHR is self appointed political organization with no jurisdiction upon anyone outside the BROKE & SINKING EU. LOL :D

Good point. No wonder the orange idiots are so pathetic in their powerless rage - you struck a raw nerve, heh, heh, heh :D

Everyone knows that oligarch Tymoshenko is thief - this is how she amassed her wealth and ended on the Interpol most wanted list for her thievery too.

Did the writer of this editorial stop to think that perhaps a private individual is paying for this service? And doesn't Mrs Tymoshenko also have an ongoing relationship with an American PR company?
