Alfa bank

Joint-Stock Company "Alpha bank" is registered in Ukraine in January, 2001. In Ukraine the bank is presented in all key sectors of bank sphere, including service of private and corporate clients, services of the keeper, organising and underwriting releases of corporate bonds services, and also consulting services.

The international rating agency Moody's Investor Services appropriated to bank an individual rating of financial stability Å +, a long-term rating under deposits in foreign currency Â2 with the positive forecast, a long-term rating under deposits in national currency Â1 with the stable forecast and a long-term rating on a national scale at level Aa2.ua.

The Alpha bank develops a regional network which includes 12 branches in Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Lvov, Odessa, Krivoi Rog, Chernigov and Nikolaev, bank representations in Moscow and Minsk for today.

Net worth of the bank on January 1st, 2007 has made 6 284,2 million hrn., the credit-investment portfolio has made 5 391,9 million hrn., the regulatory bank capital — 488,1 million hrn., the borrowed funds of clients — 2 667,3 million hrn.

Among the largest corporate clients of the bank – the leading companies of Ukraine representing metallurgical, transport, oil and gas, railway, machine-building and other sectors of economics. Since 2005, the Alpha bank (Ukraine) actively develops a retail business. The bank serves more than 1,480 corporate and more than 150,000 retail clients.
