Commercial bank “Delta” was registered by National bank of Ukraine in February, 9, 2006.

“Delta” bank is specialized retail financial authority which combines European and modern Ukrainian standards of business management. Key principles of bank cooperation with clients are individual approach and responsibility for qualified service providing in all Ukrainian places. Financial authority was registered in February, 9, 2006 and got National bank of Ukraine license in April, 20, 2006.

Development of the financial service market for people using researching, introducing and proposition of modern high-technological products, especially in the segment of the consumer crediting is the strategic purpose for the bank.

“Foxtrot”, “ABC- technique”, “Domotechnica”, “City.Com.”, “Mobilochka” and many others are the principal bank partners in sale channels building. Besides “Delta” bank is going to develop its own filial network.

Today bank is one of the 3 leaders of Ukrainian consumer crediting market with 20-25% from total capacity of consumer credits of the banks. In 01.08.2007 network of the bank consists from more than 3 thousand sale departments in all regions of Ukraine. The capacity of every month bank crediting is nearly 100 million hr. today. Totally “Delta” bank formed credit bag of physical persons of 999,9 million hr. and the sum of credits reached 1511, 2 million hr. in 2006. Financial authority took 850 million of foreign investments and is to be the first to hold quasi-security contract in 2006.

Authorized capital stock of the bank is 363,5 million hr.
