Diamantbank is registered by National Bank of Ukraine in the form of the closed joint-stock company on November, 17th, 1993.

The authorised capital of the Bank makes 100 million hrn. at present.

Among shareholders-founders of the Bank are:

Affiliated enterprise "Goldfild-Finans";

Open Company "Inter-Vent";

Open Company "Industrially-financial company "Energoinvest";

Open Company "Technoinvest";

Open Society" Zaporozhye abrasive industrial complex ".

Subsidiares and Bank branches are in Kiev, Brovary, Dnepropetrivs`k, Donetsk, Zaporizhya, Kryvyy Rig, Lutsk, Lvov, Odessa, Poltava, Simferopol, Kharkiv and Chernigov.

Till the end of 2008 Diamantbank intends to open six managements in regions of Ukraine and four universal branches in Kiev. Bank managements will open in Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lugansk, Nikolaev, Rivne, Kherson.

For today the regional network of Bank totals 10 regional managements and 38 branches.

In total in Bank work over 600 employees.

The authorised capital of Diamantbank makes 100 million hrn. Financial establishment actives for January, 1st, 2008 have made 1 242 836 thousand hrn., регулятивный the capital – 164 550 thousand грн., a credit-investment portfolio – 786 827 thousand hrn.

2007 Bank has finished with 12137 thousand hrn of net profit.
