Public corporation “Erste” bank (to May, 14, 2007 – “Prestige”) was founded in December 2005 and registered on January, 25, 2006 to be the public corporation with authorized stock capital 300 million hr. In compliance with the license of NBU the bank service physical and juridical persons with wide range of bank products and service especially with calculation cash, holding, credit, treasure and other service.

Development of the wide regional network of “Erste” bank is one of the most priority purposes today. Nearly 35 departments and directions of PC “Erste” bank work in Ukraine, they are situated in all regional centers of Ukraine and Crimea. To the end of 2007 bank is going to rise the number of its departments to 80, in 3 years near 400 departments have to work in Ukraine. Kiev

In the first half of 2007 total assets of the bank raised to 133% from 959,8 to 2238,6 million hr. The capacity of the credit bag raised to 88% from 533,65 million hr. to 1003,97 million hr. Net profit is 4,08 million hr. in the first half year of 2007.

In the first half year of 2007 total assets of Erste group reached 198 billion euro, net income – 566 million euro.
