The First Ukrainian International bank (ÏÓÌÁ)
The first Ukrainian International bank (FUIB) is registered by National bank of Ukraine (NBU) on December 23, 1991 and in April, 1992 started to realize bank operations. Organizational-legal firm FUIB – closed joint-stock company. Structure of shareholders: Open Company "SKM Finance" – 99 %, private persons – 1 %.
Having begun its activity with the service of foreign trade turnover of native industry leaders, FUIB has gradually expanded spectrum of services and has got into ten the largest Ukrainian banks on main financial indicators, having assigned the reputation of stable and reliable financial institution.
The management is carried out by offices in Donetsk and Kiev. The network of FUIB service points covers almost all territory of Ukraine and constantly extends.
Under the influence of foreign founders and partners (DEG, EBRD, IFC, Fortis Bank) the European corporate culture is generated in FUIB, the world standards of service and management of risks are used.
Since 1998 FUIB supports ratings of international agencies. The current ratings established for FUIB by agency Fitch Rating Ltd: individual (Individual) — D, a support rating (Support) — 5, a short-term rating (Short-term senior) — B, a rating of emitter default (Issuer Default rating) — B - , the forecast (Outlook) — "stable", national rating — "BBB (ukr)" / the forecast "stable".

Bank-agent of the Cabinet of Ukraine on the service of foreign credit lines recruited under guarantees of the Government;
authorized securities keeper of the Fund of state property of Ukraine;
the clearing bank of All-Ukrainian clearing depositary, created by international financial organizations within the limits of the project of securities market development in Ukraine;
the authorized bank of the Pension fund of Ukraine on payment of pensions and social help;
the authorized bank on payment of money resources to workers of budgetary organisations.
