OTP Bank

ОТР Bank – a new name in Ukraine. OTP Bank Plc. was created in Hungary in 1949 as a state savings and commercial bank. After privatization, which began in 1995, the state part in the bank capital decreased to one exclusive ("gold") action. At present 85.9 % of the bank actions are property of foreign investors - physical and juridical persons.

In June, 2006 OTP Bank Plc. (Hungary) bought one of leaders of native financial sector - Raiffeyzenbank Ukraine.

According to the company, the strategy of ОТР group development in Ukraine is development of its network branches, increasing in spectrum of services for physical persons, introduction of advanced electronic technologies of servicing, such as telephone, mobile and Internet banking.
