“UnіCredіt Bank” in Ukraine was founded in 1997 in Lutsk as Bank of Pekao (Ukraine) which was the first bank in Ukraine with the 100 per cent Polish capital.

In June, 2006 bank changed the name to “UnіCredіt Bank” according to Strategy of business` development of “UnіCredіt Group” in Ukraine.

In September, 2007 “UnіCredіt Bank” successfully completed confluence with HVB Bank Ukraine. Now, “UniCredit Bank” in Ukraine is universal bank, which offers wide list of services and products for clients of corporate and retail business.

“UniCredit Bank” owns new departments in European style in such cities as: Kyiv, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lutsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhie, Lvov, Kirovograd, Poltava, Krivoi Rog, Nikolaev, Mariupol, Chernigov, Kremenchug, Zhitomir.

“UniCredit Group” is one of the greatest European bank groups, which was created by uniting of seven large Italian banks.

As time goes by “UnіCredіt Group” opened network of daughter’s companies in the countries of Central and East Europe. “UnіCredіt Group” takes the first place in Austria, second place in Italy and Germany. A group occupies leading positions in Central and East Europe, providing dynamic development of bank markets.
